working process of  closed cooling tower:1.closed cooling tower by water tank  water  spray pump,pump,to the upper heat exchange coil,the spray nozzle into umbrella,continuous uniform coverage on the pipe outside surface,form a thin water film,some of the water absorption tube of high temperature medium heat,converted in to latent heat of vaporization ,the vaporization into gas,cooling pipe internal refrigerant cooling or condensation is liquid ,not spray water evaporation,back to spray water tank;2.the air system,the tower fan for inhalation ,exhaust from the tower to the outside,the tower cold and dry air from the air inlet gate through the filter debris into the tower,from the bottom of the heat exchanger coil upward flow,will have evaporated water vapor away,air humidity and temperature increase ,and finally discharged from the tower fan;3.spray tank,set up float ball valve,when the water level is low ,automatic supply,to ensure a certain water level of the tank.
