The skid-mounted closed cooling tower system designed and produced by YLGH for a molecular sieve manufacturer in Luoyang has recently been put into operation. The system consists of a closed cooling tower, control cabinet, an automatic water etc. The on-site installation workload is small and the delivery time is short, which is highly recognized by customers.
The closed cooling tower is a kind of equipment that absorbs the heat of the high temperature working fluid in the coil when the spray water outside the coil evaporates, so that the working fluid in the tube is gradually cooled.
Work flow: the high temperature water is coiled today, and the cooling water is pumped by the circulating water to the spray device above the evaporation coil.
The nozzle sprays water evenly on the surface of the condensing coil to form a water film. The medium in the coil exchanges heat with the water and air outside the tube. The cooling water outside the tube evaporates and absorbs the heat released by the condensation of the medium in the tube. The axial flow fan forces the air to pass through the condensing coil at a speed of 5-7m/s, forming a negative pressure zone, enhancing the evaporation capacity and promptly expelling the hot and humid air out of the equipment. The moisture contained in the hot and humid air is intercepted and separated in the dehydrator. The unevaporated cooling water falls into the water tank and continues to circulate through the circulating water pump, and the water lost by evaporation is automatically replenished by the float valve.
The heat exchange tube is made of 304 stainless steel; the shell of the closed cooling tower is made of galvanized aluminum plate, which is beautiful and generous. The heat exchange coil has undergone 4 strict air pressure tests (pressure test 1.0MPa) before assembly, and has good airtightness; the coil is designed with a 2% slope along the direction of the medium flow to facilitate the smooth cooling of the medium discharge.
