1) The energy-saving and water-saving effect of air cooler has been widely recognized. The energy-saving and water-saving effects of air cooler can be considered from the following five aspects: improving the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchange components; Reduce the flow resistance of medium pipeline; Reduce the power consumption of fans and circulating water pumps; Increase the heat exchange process of wet air to reduce the evaporation loss of spray water; Reduce the replacement scale in case of equipment damage.
2) The heat exchange parts of wet air cooling equipment are prone to scaling. Once scaling occurs, the heat transfer efficiency of the components will be significantly reduced. In addition, the complex structure of the heat exchange components and the difficulty in cleaning will not only increase the energy consumption but also increase the investment in equipment maintenance and repair. Therefore, softened and filtered spray water should be used, nozzles with good spray performance should be preferred, and spray water volume should be increased appropriately to eliminate spray dead angles.
3) Due to the compact structure of the inner tube and plate bundle of the air cooler, some parts can not be removed by using the all-welded structure, and it is difficult to clean and replace the parts in case of blockage or local damage. During the design, the heat exchange tube bundle, heat exchange plate bundle, fin tube bundle and other components of the air cooler shall be divided into several small modules that can be flexibly disassembled, assembled and operated independently. The advantage of modular design is that it is convenient for inspection and repair and replacement of line parts in case of partial damage, and it can flexibly adjust the handling capacity of the equipment.
