- Operating principle
- Internal circulation: The circulating medium enters the heat exchange coil in two ways after being heated by the heat source heat exchange, and the heat energy is transferred to the external water film through the tube wall through the heat exchange coil, and the water film absorbs heat and converts it into latent heat of vaporization. After the circulating medium is cooled, it is sent to the production heat source.
- External circulation: The spray water is sent from the water tank to the spray system, and evenly sprayed to the outside of the pipe to form a water film, and part of it becomes water vapor, which is discharged through the fan, and the unevaporated spray water falls to the water tank and circulates again.
- Air circulation: Dry and cold air enters from both sides of the cross-flow closed tower, sweeps horizontally across the coil at high speed, takes away the evaporated water vapor, takes away heat energy, increases the humidity, and is discharged out of the tower by the exhaust fan in the middle chamber.
- Structure
- The coils are arranged in layers, which is convenient for later maintenance and easy to replace the pipes;
- The middle chamber is large, and the middle is used as the maintenance space and channel, which is convenient for internal maintenance;
- Generally, it is a single fan, and the specifications and number of accessories are reduced, which is convenient for management.
