After the evaporative condenser is installed on site, it needs to be test. The normal commissioning has the following steps.
- Start the fan: turn the fan blades to see if there is no jamming between the blade tips and the air ductrub. Start the fan to run for two hours and observe whether there is noise and vibration.
- Start up the water pump: first operate manually to make the impeller rotate, and then start the motor. If there is no abnormality, start up the water pump and run for two hours to observe the distribution and flow of spray water. Pay attention to prevent the motor from being burned by forcibly starting the water pump due to the corrosion of the water pump bearing or impeller.
- The evaporative condensercan be put into use after normal commissioning. Before use, the fan must be turned on before starting the water supply.
- Finally, the pump runs under load to avoid burning the water collecting device.
