The evaporative condenser is a device that uses the spray water outside the coil to evaporate while taking away the heat of the high-temperature working fluid in the coil to gradually cool the working fluid in the tube.

The main steps of on-site installation of evaporative condenser are as follows:

1. The evaporative condenser upper box is in place;
2. Lay up 3 layers of sealing tape;
3. The upper and lower boxes of evaporative condenser are combined;
4. Hoisting the axial fan;
5. Install ladders and protective fences;
6. Install water pump, water pipe and butterfly valve;
7. Install float valve;
8. The bottom frame and foundation of the evaporative condenser lower box need to be fixed by electric welding to ensure the stability and firmness of the equipment.
