Operation principle of evaporative condenser

The vapor to be condensed is circulated through a condensing coil, which is continually wetted on the outside by a recirculating water system. Air is pulled over the coil, causing a small portion of the recirculating water to evaporate. The evaporation removes heat from the vapor in the coil, causing it to condense.

Features of evaporative condenser

LY Gaohua manufatures two types of evaporative condenser: cross flow evaporative condenser and counter flow evaporative condenser. Compared with counter flow evaporative condenser, in a cross flow evaporative condenser, using pvc fill to replace part of condenser coil,  reducing the potential for scaling and fouling. It cost will be lower. While, in a counter flow evaporative condenser, without fill, the service life will be longer.
