The drift eliminator is extruded with FRP or PVC material and form a honeycomb shape. The drift eliminator is mainly used in closed cooling tower, to reduce the drift of small water droplets in the hot and humid air discharged from the cooling tower, avoid water mist pollution and icing on the surrounding environment, save water and protect the environment.
The moist air discharged from the cooling tower carries many small water droplets. The water droplets carried by the exhaust gas are related to the wind speed in the tower, the size of the wind speed of the air duct, and the water spray density, as well as the size and speed of the water droplets sprayed from the water distribution device. In order to prevent the wind loss of water and avoid pollution to the environment, a drift eliminator is usually installed in the tower to capture this part of the water.
