Two cross flow evaporative condenser customized for domestic chemical plants is in production. Compared with counter flow evaporative condenser, the cross flow evaporative condenser replaces part of the coil with PVC filling, which has higher heat exchange effect, lighter weight and lower investment.
The evaporative condenser is a device that uses the spray water outside the coil to evaporate while taking away the heat of the high-temperature working fluid in the coil to gradually cool the working fluid in the tube.
The high-temperature fluid enters the condensing coil, the cooling water is pumped to the water distribution system above the coil, and then the water is evenly sprayed on the surface of the coil by the nozzle to form a water film. The fluid in the coil heat exchange with the water outside the pipe and air. The cooling water outside the coil absorbs the heat released by the fluid in the coil, and the evaporate.
The axial fan forces the air to pass through the condensing coil at a wind speed of 5-7m/s to form a negative pressure zone, enhance the evaporation capacity, and promptly discharge the humid air out of the equipment. The small water drops in the humid moisture is separated by drift eliminator, falling into the water tank then is recycled by the circulating water pump. The water lost by evaporation is automatically replenished by the float valve.
