The closed cooling tower for the water circulation system is being installed at the customer's site.
Cooling tower installation:
- Placement location: GH produces closed cooling towers that can be installed indoors or outdoors, but they require sufficient space for maintenance work and ensure that the cooling tower has sufficient inlet and outlet air (which does not affect the entry of cold air or the removal of hot air. For rooms with poor ventilation conditions, it is recommended to add air ducts).
- Hoisting:
The lifting of a closed cooling tower must be done using a lifting hook and lifted from a high altitude. Forklift transportation from the bottom of the closed cooling tower is not allowed. Check the lifting marks for the lifting position.
For tower bodies that are transported separately from the upper and lower boxes, all upper and lower modules must be lifted and installed separately. Be careful not to pre-assemble the module before lifting.
Note: The lifting hook provides convenience for unloading and placing the closed cooling tower in place. If lifting from a high altitude or for other safety reasons, a safety sling must be installed at the bottom of the cooling tower. Under no circumstances is it allowed to use the lifting hook to lift the upper and lower components together.
Hoisting diagram:
(1) Before installing the closed cooling tower, please confirm that the supporting platforms of the foundation are flat.
(2) Please confirm that the installation direction is consistent with the planned pipeline layout.
(3) Before placing the upper box onto the lower box, remove any debris from the upper box packing, guide rails, beams, and columns, as well as the top of the lower box. Remove the transportation cover from the bottom of the upper module. The upper box is installed on the outer support surface of the lower box, with the upper and lower holes aligned. According to the drawings provided with the closed cooling tower, use fasteners to secure the upper box to the lower box.
(4) The user carefully reads the Installation and Operation Manual; Schematic Diagram, and determines the length of water pipes, valves, elbows, and other pipe fittings based on the on-site situation, and connects the cooling water circulation pipeline system.
- The size and installation of pipelines must comply with good pipeline design specifications. All pipelines must be supported by pipeline hangers or other support devices, and cooling towers are not allowed to be used for support. If it is necessary to isolate each cooling tower unit from each other in the system, external shut-off valves (provided by others) can also be considered. When welding, please protect the adjacent area from fire or damage due to overheating.
- GH Cooling closed cooling tower includes: closed cooling tower, auxiliary equipment (water pump, water tank), and electric control box, which can be placed according to the actual location of the customer's site.
