An air cooler is a device that uses ambient air as the cooling medium and sweeps the outside of the finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside the tube. It is also known as Fin Fan Cooler or "Air-cooled Heat Exchanger". It is commonly used to replace the cooling medium of water-cooled shell and tube heat exchangers, especially in areas with water scarcity.

Classification of air coolers:

Classified by the cooling method of air coolers, they can be divided into: dry air coolers, wet air coolers, dry wet combined air coolers, and two-side spray combined air coolers;

Classified by the arrangement type of the air cooler tube bundle, it can be divided into: horizontal air cooler, inclined top air cooler, vertical air cooler, and circular ring air cooler:

Classified by the ventilation method of air coolers, they can be divided into: natural ventilation air coolers, forced draft air coolers, and induced draft air coolers.

The air cooler designed and manufactured for the client belongs to the horizontal forced draft air cooler. The base tube and tube box are made of 304 stainless steel, the fins are made of aluminum, and the KL-type processing technology is adopted, which can be applied to the working condition of 200 ℃.
