The heat exchange tube is the most important part of evaporative condenser, it can be used of seam or seamless round tube, oval tube, corrugated tube, finned tube. Finned tube is a kind of heat exchange tube to improve the heat exchange efficiency. Usually, the surface area (or inner surface area) of the heat exchange tube is increased by adding fins on the surface of the heat exchange tube, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the heat exchange efficiency.

Finned tube classification:

(1). According to the shape and structure of fins, fin tubes can be divided into the following types: square finned tube, spiral finned tube, longitudinal finned tube, spiral serrated finned tubes, inner finned tube,

(2). According to whether the fin material of fin tube is the same as that of tube body, it can be divided into single metal fin tube and bimetal composite fin tube.

 
(3). According to the different processing technology of finned tube, finned tube can be divided into: extruded fin tube, welded fin tube, rolled fin tube and set fin tube.
